At Work2Live, our mission is to empower individuals and organizations through mindfulness, strengths-based positive psychology, alternative modalities and cognitive behavioral transformation - to enhance the quality of life to the level of thriving in health, relationships, career, finances and consciousness.


Our aim is to assist individuals in attaining a state of consistent well-being which not only serves the individual, but which improves the outcomes of teams, groups, organizations and communities that the individual belongs to or participates in. Our online classes were developed out of the hundreds of workshops and webinars we’ve conducted over the past decade that have proven to enhance self-care, improve relationships, increase effectiveness and productivity, decrease stress and anxiety, and boost successful outcomes, all while strengthening mindfulness skills.

We believe everyone can live an enriching life, contribute to the greater good in a meaningful way, and learn the skills to fulfill a life of purpose.

Due to recent events, we have opened up our online courses to be available à la carte to support you in managing your own stress and anxiety, to help you prepare for career transitions, or even to start your own business. We’ve also reconfigured our Dynamic Coaching Certification program to be self-paced in order to support flexibility as current events continuously change, while allowing us to reduce the cost by more than half at a time when many may find themselves unemployed or under-employed. Achieving certification not only enhances professional development, but adds credibility to resumés as many now begin a new path in a new career marketplace.
